alm, I have the highest confidence in the Rule 24 motion being granted. The Court cannot say that there is no merit just because Amarin chose not to pursue it. There are legal elements determining the basis supporting Rule 24 Intervention. We either satisfy each of the legal elements or we do not. For the reasons set forth in our Brief, we satisfy the elements.
