Well if the above comes to fruition, to see Thero step aside would be a beautiful thing. BUT, his ego will rise him above that idea he may even get credit for the win. ;-)

I agree, but to your last statement, "Who on this board wants JT to keep his job?" We continue to wait in HOPES that he is really doing something good that will become very apparent to all, however in the past year nothing new / positive has come from him or the C-Suite. Therefore, change is needed.
