No Lack of understanding here. You put up some money for each share, Then you have an interest rate on the borrowed shares. Easy Peasy.

Fact, there are shorted shares in NPHC. a quick SEC search confirms this.

there is a complete lack of understanding of how shorting works.

Also, do your own DD. If you can't find the answer, hire someone to help out. I don't work for anyone. It's out there and was already given to you. I cant make you understand it.

And you didn't post any proof of all of your claims of clinical trials.
