I love the shorting a sub-penny stock tall tales - there isn't anyone shorting Nutra but it amusing but shows there is a complete lack of understanding of how shorting works.

And the nonsense about the Nutra research but this is too funny.

"Also, a simple search of the word "Soochow" in the last 10K filing brings up four results showing that Nutra Pharma funded all of those studies and worked in collaboration with Dr. Qin."

So now if something is in a 10-K it must be true - I guarantee you haven't verified any of the information - the latest research was supposed to be in 2009 - that is 12 years ago. Plus, the SEC has charged Deitsch with securities fraud - so there is no reason to believe anything Deitsch says - he has been pumping Nutra for 19 years and it is still a a sub-penny stock.

And you didn't post any proof of all of your claims of clinical trials.

In the 10-K I didn't find a entry for Research and Development.
