Anyone that knows anything about filings knows the SEC does not see or comment on the filings for a company before they are filed.

NPHC is waiting on the Auditors to file. NPHC has stated they are fully engaged with the auditors.

Maybe you can enlighten everyone here why you think that otherwise as nonsense.

When filing a 10-K it has to pass comments from the SEC.
