When filing a 10-K it has to pass comments from the SEC. With the Deitsch issues with the SEC - I believe the comments that Nutra has to answer might be very difficult.

Nutra has generated very little revenue in 2019 and 2020.

Everyone will believe it is the Auditors fault - but the company has to supply the financial information to the Auditor - there is no reason to believe this is an auditor problem.

Why hasn't Deitsch provided an update to shareholders about when the 2019 10-K will be filed.
