Farmboy... company is working on getting the financials brought up to date and that is one of their top priorities.
They have had years to line up all the pieces of this puzzle. Financials, contracts with the various countries that were in process when Madero originally signed the $10M contract, shipping vessels and crew, ATLAS technology, and all the other components. Easier to get money when you have money, right? They have investors that want to be a part of the new treasure hunting adventures and these investors will get the wheels moving right away while the judgment funds are being collected.
I believe the company will be searching for treasures a lot faster than people expect.
