Lizzy, I don't think your missing anything. I couldn't find any reference to icosapent ethyl on the Dr Reddy website. Not to surprising. They aren't selling it yet. I also saw the FDA link you posted and saw that there was nothing listed in the letter section. Searching for anything at the FDA website is frustrating. Thousands of results. Nothing that your looking for. Getting ready for my first drink. I have had enough searching for today.
