And even now when he says only then that is if needed. Which means very little just to get up listed and even that is if company can support being up listed.
Trying to keep this from running in hopes to aid buyback is NOT going to work. Way too much buying pressure.
Lastly the Vinafilms audit is probably now done waiting for this buyback thing to close. Just put those couple pieces together, if vinafilms is as big as we think or as big as for Henry to say it may even be enough to get up listed he certainly is not going to release that news until after shares for buyback have been collected. Which IMO those shares have been or is close to having them all.
