Correct do you think the company is ready to go to Nasdaq now when they aren't even current and haven't shown any revenues yet?

So we R/S to get to NASDAQ? AWESOME!

You do know that to get listed on NASDAQ the stock has to be trading at $3 to $4 right? If $PHIL is generating enough revenue $3 if not $4 to get listed. Henry KNOWS it's a gamble to do a R/S, he said so. In his context it would be a good thing and something he would not consider unless it was a slam dunk from what he said.

I'm pretty sure the S/P didn't tank on Friday because of his change in wording. I think the wording he used sounded like a plus, not a minus.

As others said, discussing a Reverse split is bad ju-ju. At the present, per Henry's words it's not an option. Further discussion of this will indeed impact the stock price.

I'm disappointed that you are choosing to ignore the only reason he mentioned for why a RS could happen:
"suppose there is an opportunity by bringing a huge revenue generating company with strong balance sheet with substance, robust future that would change the valuation of the company"..."we may have to do a reverse split and take the company to NASDAQ"

Hello??? Does this need to be spelled out as well???

Organic growth to NASDAQ would be great, and is clearly possible if he buys back 75%+ of OS, but a RS to get to NASDAQ with a company already on NASDAQ in a merger or acquisition deal is a huge victory as well.

He didn't say he would RS because he has nothing better to do, and he would be reversing to take the price from silver to dollars, not from .0009 to .090.

Wow, is all I can say at this point.

When he said no RS, it was when the pps was .0001 and people were asking him about an RS at that point.

Now, with the potential of getting to paper on its own, he is saying an RS is possible for the purpose of taking things to much to higher levels because of being aligned with a significantly more successful company , not just to get the pps up from the gutter, which is why most otc companies RS.

Maybe he should have just released the 10-K and not done the CC's, since what he says has gone way over the heads of most.

Djk...sorry but this is one time I don't agree with your thoughts...which I must say is extremely rare.
Harry was very very clear about the reasons to do a RS. It wasn't a flippant comment or a comment to grease the skids for an imminent RS. It was merely a comment regarding what would be a sound case for a RS, other than some share-printing company that wants to line their pockets at the shareholders expense.
The pump/don't be in this stock comment regarding risk and being able to handle it is the same type of comment that seasoned investors make almost daily, i.e. if you can't stand the heat (risk) get out of the kitchen. It is my opinion that Henry never ever wants to be accused of pumping his company in order to increase the PPS.
Finally, Henry is about as real as it gets. He speaks whatever is on his mind and at a level that is understandable to everyone. No sugar coating, no fluff, and NO pump. Knowing how much effort it takes to do the things he is doing...we should be thankful that he took the time to even hold several CC's with any of us.
I think hinting/suggesting that there might be trouble in paradise only causes hardship for those that need confidence in their choices, not insinuations that something might be wrong with PHIL.
NOTE: You and everyone else is entitled to their own opinion. I just felt your comments, the way I read them, was a bit undermining to what I considered to be a very informative CC.
