Can someone double check this for me. I put the note holder section of financials into excel and hide all the columns and rows. I got it down to just the main points. Henry already disclosed the 10Bill shares issued and at the end it looks like another 6Bill shares need to be issued or resolved. Is it safe to assume given the shares structure prior to the dilution, current dilution and anticipated dilution for where we are today that the CEO is correct there is only 1 left.

The major note holder I could find is Vinafilms for 25Mill. That won't get diluted as there are not enough shares right now to do it.

Good morning DK. So are you saying Henry has asked for MM'S to keep our stock price down for a while? If that is what you are saying. Why would he want that? Why would we want that? I feel like I must have missed something here. Can you please explain. Much appreciated.
