Ok so there is somehow a need to go over this a third time?
Looking at that laughable bullshit proves its not even worth addressing.

In reality not "Anyone" can post bids on ATMH at anytime. Bids are placed by qualified buyers only.

To post a bid you have to have.
1. A brokerage account.
2. An account that allows OTC trading.
3. Available funds to trade.

A bid by definition is an offer to buy. A false bid does not sit there all day. I am sure the bidder wants those shares. In the real world that is how it works.

Like I said any tom dick or harry can place a bid at will.
They can be removed just as easily and instantly at will.
