In reality not "Anyone" can post bids on ATMH at anytime. Bids are placed by qualified buyers only.
To post a bid you have to have. 1. A brokerage account. 2. An account that allows OTC trading. 3. Available funds to trade.
A bid by definition is an offer to buy. A false bid does not sit there all day. I am sure the bidder wants those shares. In the real world that is how it works.
Like I said any tom dick or harry can place a bid at will. They can be removed just as easily and instantly at will. Trading 101.
