So what, thousands of stocks, that traded higher, dropped like a rock, due to a different NEGATIVE developments and then turned around in a SWIFT and GLORIOUS fashion, just like BIEL!!!! Watch it creep higher and higher and with all of the latest developments .5c is ABSOLUTELY DOABLE, .10c is VERY DOABLE and .20c is probably doable. So no sweat!!!

Yes we do know it traded at that PPS. And it will trade at that level and higher again.
