The inflection point is likely to be the pediatric Rett study.
That does two important things. It should show safety in children which demonstrates safety in all age groups. That opens up Rett, Fragile X, Autism, etc. at the earliest diagnosis.
Agree. Have long said that the RSD kids should/will respond more quickly to treatment, (after all these kids went from normal to RSD in a matters of a few months.) compared to PD where symptoms take many years to fully develop. My simple thinking is, these little girls will lead the way. Our MOA is WAY upstream (10+years) for the PD subjects. Nothing scientific just common sense.
Steady, good logic and reasoning. If the pediatric rett study is as positive as we expect it to be the validation is on the wall for the world to read. If we don't see a commensurate revaluing in sp soon after I will load up the boat. It may take the market some time to comprehend the magnitude of what is happening but this board has always been ahead of the curve. GLTA
