Oh he's absolutely correct about it being no-bid. I never manipulated the stock when it was held. I said what I was going to do before I did it during the Neely years. And I got stuck with shares. Sure with house's money, but I was shocked when I was getting info for my taxes and saw it was moving. I immediately sold out and then said "I am going to the boards and see what the hell is up. Who did the Lanzas get in charge this time?"
And that is when I saw it seemed to be a new management completely. Which is why I threw Eddie a softball question in a previous post. Still, when people see the shares amount, they are going to see "old stink" and assume "same old, same old".
So getting current would be a good thing. But the absolute biggest is showing a verifiable model to actually get the company making money and addressing that share count.
