Well, I do communicate with the agencies so as to keep things up to date. Here, we all feel great because BDGR was considered "dead". 11 years, and no filings, all the corporate and state filings delinquent. So, now at least the paper you people are holding is worth something north of a ZERO. The rest, we'll see. as for now, the BDGR dodged the bullet called "shut down by SEC". and I'll take that win. as far as P&D, I'm in contact with all the regulatory agencies so that we are transparent and always play by the rules.
