I agree it's part of the strategy. It is 1,000 percent obvious they have no faith in a Brazil court eradicating this decision. The strategy is based on advice they received from Brazilian counsel which told them the judgment will be upheld in Brazil if GDSI comes to Brazil to collect. Therefore, appeal is their only option and therefore their only strategy.
