You’re right, I also believe some of the delays and timeline changes made by NWBio were intentional, and possibly necessary due to having several moving parts, and different entities & countries being involved.
Nothing is guaranteed regarding the timing of TLD release and the DCVax-L approval timelines. But, I believe data-lock, unblinding & Brexit has really brought everything more into focus.
