In 2019 Sam was tied in with RIXM Exploration and Don Dewberry. The website they were using is now defunct and available. When I spoke with Sam he claimed he was working on getting PGPM shareholders some value back. That was 2 years ago and still silent while he presides over UNRG. Maybe one day this thing will pop but I don't look for Sam to be running things if it does.
