Agree 100%, P, but only, if you are a DAY-TRADER and have to buy in and sell out every day or the most the next day, for long term investors that strategy is a dud, may be 25% in and out, but NOT the whole amount.....

Not going to disagree with you on trader psychology.

In many respects the stock action is independent at a certain point and to a certain level to what’s going on in the company.

Risk tolerance is key.

Also selling at a lower pps is ultimately self defeating if the goal is to maximize gains.

One never knows the timing and magnitude of Company PR’s

Don’t forget management are shareholders too and also want to maximize their gains.

Generally management takes a dim view of traders because they are a drag on the pps and would not be unhappy to see them left behind.

It would seem their motivation would to be to accomplish that goal by a series of PR’s.
