#360016 RE: ATLnsider #359969

ATL, I believe we're saying the same thing, but I believe that when many use TLD they're speaking of potentially hundreds of pages or more of raw data. When discussing a TLD statement, we're talking about a few paragraphs that summarize what was shown in the trial. The use of TLD to describe both these leads to confusion.

I believe that some here do think that the company will release a great deal of data to shareholders as TLD, that won't happen. A peer reviewed paper or presentation will provide far more information, and the company should make that available to investors once it's out. If a presentation is first, the Abstract for that presentation is normally made public some weeks before the actual presentation, but that Abstract doesn't generally contain dramatically more than what's in the TLD statement.

After any peer reviewed paper or presentation, our management can speak about what's been presented. I believe at that point LP and others will be invited to many brokerage and other investors conferences, in recent months I can't remember a single presentation, the company said they were in a quiet period, so they weren't accepting invitations if they were made. I believe everything changes with anything considered to be peer reviewed.
