I agree 100% wiser to file first then do a CC. Why do a CC to talk about the filing? I guess that makes some sense too. Just makes so much more sense to file and then talk about progress than to not file and talk about future projected progress.

*I thought the whole point of the call was to discuss the 10-K and company profitability.

PS: Here's hoping and praying 10-K comes out during power hour!
