Yes you are correct, Fidelity has it at Bid .0042 Ask .0050 GO BIEL

I will not be happy until BIEL gaps up from $.04 to $.05, which is still below where it should be right now!

With all that is going on in BIEL land, read several posts yesterday on share structure, a quick fix there and any MM who doesn't let it run is incompetent.
