I'm pretty sure he just means any work toward deals was off the table (i.e. "on hold" or delayed) as the company was getting back online from having no power and limited/no water over these last couple weeks. Heck, it couldn't do day to day operations like production and getting orders out, certainly not going to be making a big land deal. The land deal is very much in the plans. Progress just delayed from weather crisis is my understanding.
Great day to buy in. I was dangling some all or none/fill or kill orders at the ask yesterday at .0066 that I was hoping to get when it looked like the MM's were manipulating and pissing us all off. MM's didn't want to play ball with their own shares so I pulled it. Instead I scored myself a nice extra and unexpected helping at a steal today. Way up on my initial investment and now up nicely from hitting the bottom of that dip today.
For all we know they could have picked out the land and striked up a deal before the Texas fiasco.. It's really hard to speculate something like that until they actually give us a PR. I would never say it's "off the table"..
