I hear you 💯 that's a lot. I do have real $ in this as I said this is not a flip position for me and believe me it pisses me off every single day looking at where we are sitting and what I'm currently down. I would love to get some ROI on this sooner than later. I won't argue about how the company was run in the past and there are definitely some questions that need to be answered for sure and I will continue to have ongoing conversations with people in the the company. I can relay some of what you have brought up but I can't guarantee a response. I believe (again my opinion) that we have turned the page on the past with debt and toxic lenders and will start bringing in revenue from Neutra Life Sciences and its contracts. The known companies NLS is publicly working with are listed right on their page. I have faith I guess. I haven't been mis led or lied to by the company thus far on this new direction so time will tell. I remain bullish as hard as it may be for some others who have also been through this journey.

I cannot confirm if you have any real money invested in the NTRR as you claim but I do know is that I have tens of thousands of dollars CURRENTLY invested in the NTRR with zero gains to date. So, with what I am about to say, please do not claim this post has been designed to bash Syd or the NTRR. This will go on deaf ears.

The "pie in the sky stories" and representations to date by Syd are not appreciated. The only person who has made any real money from this public vehicle has been Syd and "company". As per the previous financials, from what I can see is that in previous financial years, Power Up was sending monthly cheques to Syd in the amount of $20K-$40K plus while Syd was issuing likely close to 2 billion shares to Power Up and Syd was doing little work that translated into ZERO shareholder value. Lucky Syd and unlucky shareholders like me who have real money and skin in this game. So you see, Syd did not have a vested interest on the stock side since he always claimed he held ZERO shares. But, since he was allegedly benefiting $20-$40K plus per month, he was still doing quite well despite owning ZERO shares. Not a bad gig if you can get it with minimal work.

So what's the point of this post? It appears the last three news releases were probably the best NTRR has seen in a very long time with zero stock volume to speak of. Why is that? Can you explain JayB2022? All public companies' CEO's for big, small and even Pink sheets companies all care about the actual operations but they also pay equal and even greater attention to the stock side. It looks to me that Syd is quite lazy by not spending one minute of his day by personally contacting his larger shareholders by phone. He knows who these shareholders are but now we have stopped waiting for the phone call. A very stupid and LAZY move when you are running a public vehicle. It's no wonder the stock has zero real volume and we are still 2-3. What a joke.

So, you keep talking about the forthcoming Q1 and Q2 financials but who cares about them if Syd is going to spend minimal time and money on REAL Investor Relations. Social media posting is not doing the trick. The stock will still do ZERO even with decent financials under Syd's way of doing things especially if he continues to pay himself via the Power Up way (or similar with another company) by having Power Up or similar company start to pay him again $20-$40K plus per month while Syd issuing another 2 billion shares.

I see Syd set up Neutra Life Sciences so that this company would be acquired by Neutra. The million dollar question is how much did Syd receive directly or indirectly for this worthless company? I am expecting this number will be somewhere between $250K-$1 million priced at $.0001 for shares of Neutra for this service based business that has no longstanding business track record with no material sales, profits and assets. I will say at some point, Syd will have to justify the likely ridiculous acquisition price when he gets audited at some point. I think NTRR shareholders have a right to this disclosure about how much did NTRR pay for Neutra life Sciences and how much did Syd receive in cash and stock?

Yes, Neutra might be moving to a new space with new hope with potential rock star status, but JabB2022, tell me how shareholders like me who have real money in the game will benefit from the NTRR? it sure feels like the same old, same old while Syd and company will be the only ones to benefit here.

Guys, If your invested in NTRR and haven't done your research on their subsidiary Neutra Life Sciences you definitely should. Hidden gems staring you right in the face. Q1 filing and especially Q2 filing can't come soon enough. Neutra Corp has come so far and is well on their way to a huge 2025. (My opinion) Many dwell on the past and the past is just that, the past. I am not here to pump the company for people just looking to flip for profit as I have a lot of time and money (tens of thousands) invested and have been supporting the company for many years and will continue to do so while doing a ton of research and staying in constant contact with the company. As far as late filings I'm pretty confident they are a thing of the past. Not a solicitation to buy or sell do your due diligence and make your own judgement.

Why this stock (NTRR) are trading at such High price levels 0.0002 x 0.0003 now v.s. its Same-OTC-tier And Similar-OS-count Bitcoin-Mining peer is trading at 50% Huge discount 0.0001 x 0.0002 currently?

Anyway, NTRR and its OTC-Fully-Reporting Current-Information-tier peer have totally different AS counts: Unlimited number of shares Giant AS for NTRR v.s. 4,000,000,000 shares Low AS for the peer! Both have 3B shares OS.

Buying NTRR at 0.0003 = buying its peer at 0.0003 based on the Same Market Value Matching Theory v.s. at the Bottom price 0.0001 now!

Yeah, not mad about the direction we are now heading but definitely not the PR I was hoping for. I was expecting a lot more. Should've had a bunch more information of what the rest of the company is doing or if we are focused and pivoting 100% now in this direction. Mercury acquisition updat maybe. Bit of a letdown in my opinion. Brand new 2025 year put it all out there. Start fresh and let's go.
