Yep maybe a P1 needed for safety. Preclinical stuff done for A 1066.

No human trials have been done on A1066. So it will start with a P1 safety and PK trial.

Good point. Has safety been determined for 1066 yet? If not, we may not be able to go right to Phase 2.
