Your statement, “the Receivership not completed” I don’t believe the receivership was controlling the capital trust. In relation to the bk which has been closed since 2019. So maybe, the delays are correct for the P’s which is a separate issue. However, the company being wmih or coop choose to reveal the assets. Not a regulation issue. They could also the instruments as collateral still a company choice not a regulation.

Mr. Paprika. Well, we both have the same gut feeling.

This has been a gloomy investment for 12 plus long and painful years.
I too feel we should now be at the point where something will start to happen......by April/May.

I don't think we can be stiffed on this escrow payout because there are big boys involved that expect to get paid too.....and they can afford the lawyers to fight it.
