Why not let’s move the goal posts, because the EOY did not hit, nor February so let move now to April and May. We have a new person picking dates along with RD and AZ.

There are issues, coop. Their choice on not revealing assets, restructuring or coupons to shareholders.

The other which has nothing to do with coop cash dividend catch-up. Complete by 2041 or one payout in 2041.

"I don't think we can be stiffed on this escrow payout because there are big boys involved that expect to get paid too.....and they can afford the lawyers to fight it."

Almost word for word the same as dozens of other posts I've read over the last several years. Just sayin.

i appreciate your opinion and that of some others here, Boris, and can claim not to have missed a post since 2008.

cba09, dmd, wwhatthe were also translated by me, but `ve the sums always highly doubted.
and the many others here who did not suddenly disappear again and are worth mentioning, doing dd for other people, a top motivation, to help, for me.
Only the essence of good postswere translated, explained, commented by me,

besides many ( many ) own researches
( mails to fdic, mails to dtc = posted, nationstar, coop Delgado = posted, again :

"When will the WMIIC / WMI (now apparently it has been changed to WMIH-Corp).
Insolvencies completed ?"

Answer WMIH = COOP , Mr. Delgado :
"The (Nationstar) merger included ONLY WMIH-Corp and.
NO SUBS (!) except the reinsurance which was to be closed at the end of the year."

Question : " Why do WMIIC and WMI continue to report with individual IRS tax ID numbers ? "

Answer COOP :
"Again, the merger has NOTHING to do with any subcompanies of the
WMIH holding company, and any participation(!)
in capital assets (!)
should not(!) be considered as part of the FUSION

and still(!) be held in a former sub(!),

or at the LT

or still be in safe harbor....."

.... a PART I could already share HERE.
Thanks a lot for that.

and I see, Boris, that we suspect similar things regarding COOP purchase of assets and no dilution, on the contrary.

As Bbanbob thinks :
they have to deal first with me
they have to make us a good offer,
the way also goes through us releasers,
otherwise the competition may come

And if I'm not mistaken, regarding our WMILT, we are now in a non-mandatory reporting period. Just saying...

Last not least and already in the POR 6 ( S I X ) , it said on page 5

"certain trust interests where WMI is the beneficiary"

http://www.kccllc.net/wamu/document/0812229110415000000000031

good luck to you and to all of us releasers & coop shareholders
