they also suspended SCIE for being "delinquent" on it's SEC filings.
if it was delinquent, why wasn't it suspended earlier?
if the SEC knowingly allowed a DELINQUENT SEC FILER TO TRADE, especially for over a year or so, that is not the investor's or trader's fault, that falls SOLEY on the SEC for not DOING THEIR JOB
