agreed. the sec needs to get tougher. delinquency violations should be dealt with automatically within a prescribed timeframe.

I'm confused about this as well.

I thought the Stop sign tier of otc stocks allowed the company to not have to be up to date with its sec filings.
Thus allowing traders to buy and sell freely. And the company could be in the dark and it wasn't a problem.

Did the rules change overnight?
SEC comes and suspends them for being deliquent? I thought since they were a stop sign stock, they could be deliquent as much as they wanted to be.

What's going on?
