Actually, no there isn't.

There's a first time for everything.

Cute, clever phrase.

But utterly untrue.

There are a multitude of things that for a host of reasons will never, can never, have "a first time." Simply, "everything" does not have a first time. Most things never do, imaginary dreams notwithstanding.
