MC = S/O * price, so correlated to S/O, hence you couldn't say I was wrong. S/O is also an indication of how long a company been around. The longer a company been around, the more S/O potential. I just go by my experience, i.e., with AMRN's capital strucure, I don't see a triple digit BO premium. That's OK, the stock could be BO at $20 when it trade back to $12 due to some positive development and BO news leak.
