Just curious, are you stating that a retail short position on the TSNP ticker (shares borrowed under tsnp and sold short) gets automatically carried over to the new TSNPD ticker as a transparent transaction without manual interaction required even though the TSNP ticker on retail accounts converts to a straight CUSIP and gets frozen till converted on OTC?
I tend to agree with you because Cassavant Mining one of the largest shorted companies to ever try to prove naked-shorting, and could have just done a reverse split and selled it all, but it didn't it attempted a shareholder cert pull and count, which failed.
