On a quick side note, these approvals of these series of approved corporate actions confirms that TSNPD/HMBL has passed the test of scrutiny by the SEC, FINRA, and OTC Markets to be considered very legit. So those who were still wondering if this was a scam, should ”officially” stop wondering now.“

This is flat out wrong. The SEC has no role in processing of a Corporate Action. Besides, TSNPD is NOT SEC reporting. FINRA processes corporate actions they don’t “approve” them. They will do a name a symbol change on a dark defunct ticker...that is how discerning they are. And OTC Markets is not a regulator and has no role in corporate action requests.

And lastly, the statement in the PR that short positions have to be covered is incorrect as well. That is OTC myth. So they either don’t understand how this works, or intentionally misrepresented it in the PR.
