Well the way the PR reads now, those prefs will take up most of the AS...and post RS the OS will be 1 Billion shares...so that leaves how many for the prefs fully diluted??? ;-)
George Sharp @GeorgeASharp · 1h A note about $TSNP's authorized number of shares. These reflect the preferred shares issued to the former members of the LLC & reserved shares for future funders. Assets and funding come at a cost. None have been issued as of yet & any possible dilution is far into the future.
