I didn't order the documents - but on February 5, 2021 the Share Structure showed TOTAL AUTHORIZED SHARES - 7,475,000,000 (they didn't break down the common and preferred on that date)

WHEN I called previously on Dec 3, 2020 -
Total Authorized Shares - 5,025,000,000
Common share - 5,000,000,000 Preferred stock 25,000,000


I had called after the shareholder letter showed Foote was going to get common shares for acquiring his companies - and didn't think the 1 Billion shares left would be enough. plus there was that warrant deal as well.
