Well, I’m taking it to enhance my immune system. I had a surgery 5 weeks ago and started taking it a few days before and continued regularly for the next week and then sporadically, and I can tell you that I was up doing normal things the next day, and was told it would take two weeks to be able to much more than walk. I resumed my workouts after two weeks, and thought that I would need six weeks. So maybe that contributed to my recovery.
I like taking it. I also think It’s good to have on hand incase Covid were to strike. Ugh!
