It open high and traded for about 15 min very quickly, don’t remember the total volume pulled back down. To the .0090’s range.

I sold millions at .0098 without a problem...

They did. Sell limits were pre-set at a .01. Many of these pennies are set by traders at .01 and once it hits that sell limit, wahlaa SOLD for profit.
If the stock is strong enough it will keep going up. This one wasn't at the time, hopefully it will be this time around.
