It's a good company in the sense that they have good deals in place and have revenues to show for it. It's bad in the sense that the CEO appears to be a POS based upon his moves the past few days. Pumping the stock a couple days ago and then coming out with the split SCREAMS that there is some dirty play going on.
I held my shares because I think a bounce is in the cards....but unfortunately this CEO seems pretty shady. After the split occurs....I'd be worried about dilution starting up. But I guess we'll see. I'm hoping that the move here is in anticipation of an uplisting. I'd like to think that if they start diluting right away....there would be an investigation of sorts. Especially if folks close to the company used the pump in order to sell off before this RS was announced.
