I believe the SEC has received many complaint on some high profile stocks. Especially ones that have no real business, but now are worth billions.
Take TSNP with 5 amended reports using Vic Devaleminck as their attorney and FORW which is listed as a shell risk who was using Vic Devaleminck who has a history of writing letters for questionable companies and as we know, being associated with several shady OTCM officers.
I know it is a lot of work, and what you put together should be more than enough to get the attention of the SEC.
If a bunch of people send it to the right person at the SEC, it might just get their attention. The SEC likes it when they get handed the initial leg work to kick off an investigation. This should do it.
