There is a very long list of penny stocks that promised to pay out divvies or did and kept them restricted. Ironically enough one of the very few I did good on was the first divvy UNGS spun off. I cannot recall sybmol but in last 2 years. I had to pay a fee to my broker to get recognized and I cannot recall those details either.
The irony of course is UNGS was suspended last week. They spun off another one i have in shitpile but still not trading and likely never will be. That one took a about a year to even show up in my account from ex date.
divvies, and round ups with pennies are a crap shoot - then again isn't everything in the market a crap shoot. I have crypto trading accounts now LOL
