I think your "2 cents" is a real projection of knowledge and wisdom. I think Linda is in the process of preparing an FDA BLA. DC Vax L approval for cancer patients is the priority. That's what Linda has focused on for 12 years. That TLD PR and Journal will all happen when, it happens.
If NWBO wanted to go it alone, the next hint I would think, NWBO would implement Autolomous solution. This solution would help NWBO keep information at finger tip. It would be great if Cognates have similar solution in place so NWBO doesn’t need to implement the same thing. I would foresee this is next logical step if the company is ready to scale in a big way. Just my 2 cents.
