Actually we don’t need an attorney, I plan to take the weekend to look through the company bylaws to see how shareholders can add proposals to the annual meeting. We just add a few and work on getting out the votes. We just have to find the rules for making these proposals. I have two that come to mind:
1) rescind the executive stock based incentive plan and replace the plan with cash incentives based on sales and earnings growth. 2) Hire an investment banker to review company strategy to include the sale of the company.
