Hi Curt.

I wanted to make sure and respond to you today. We've been busy working
on few projects but want to make sure you understand
the timeline for reporting is technically 45 days after the end of 1st
Quarter.

Much has happened since the beginning of this year, we will be providing
an update soon.

As we've stated already, we are profitable already and we are set for
major growth. CSLI is well positioned.
