GLOHAB and SWNM are not one in the same as yet.

we speculate they will be, especially considering the press releases under SWNM reference the company as GLOHAB— the new name.

an offering @1.50 could be priced post-funding that had not been disclosed as yet. or, it could mean a change in share structure, again that has yet to be announced. im still researching. but this looks promising
