How can swnm do an offering at $1.50 per share when the stock price is 1/100 of a fraction of the offering price? I re read the recent S-1 by swnm. I don’t get it. Who will buy the offering price of $1.50 when this is currently selling at one/ one hundredth of the offering price. Unless they do a 100 for 1 reverse split... then this would all make sense .... sort of....
