Ok. I was thinking about opening up an account with them a while back but never got around to it. It seems like they're all different. I use E-trade because it seemed like they were less complicated but now I don't know if any of them are keeping up with all of these companies reporting status properly. It's hard to tell who is current and who isn't based off of the fact that they're allowing trading or not since this new rule went into affect. Some where I read that it can take up to 30 days once a company becomes current for their status to change - to go through the appropriate channels and be updated where you can trade them and I'm assuming that will also depend on how quickly the brokerages get around to updating them in their system also.
