By the way, I'm assuming that could work either way. If they become current or if they go dark. That's going to be the biggest problem with this new regulation on Caveat stocks that I see. The time it takes for them to start being reported as "Current" and also, how long does it actually take for them to start being reported "not current" in the event they stop reporting - lose their pinky status.
Personally I think this rule is getting more complicated all the time. It's going to make it harder for people to know the true status. As we all know, these companies can practically go pink-current-reporting or go down-lose their stinky pinky status or stop reporting, before anyone knows what's happening.
