The IDEX they dealt with is different than the current IDEX. $IDEX now is a rich company full of cash. IDEX now has the upper hand on the property and they may decide to give it to TIMIOS to deal with and keep some of the properties. In summary, IDEX is in full control.
A few months back, Delaware Mayor made a mistake and did not accept IDEX shares at $0.80 in return to $3M. If they got shares, they could have cashed them at $19M in a few months.
